More than a decade after retiring, former Maharashtra ATS chief K P Raghuvanshi has claimed in his authorised biography that he faced pressure to arrest Bal Thackeray and Indresh Kumar but refused due to lack of evidence. The book links his 2010 transfer to that stance. He retired in 2015 and now serves with Rajasthan Royals.
