A 56-year-old Pune real estate agent has been arrested for allegedly smothering his 53-year-old wife. The accused reportedly confessed to the crime, stating financial woes and his wife’s depression over childlessness as motives. He also admitted to contemplating suicide before killing his wife and later reporting the incident himself.
