Delhi Police have arrested a woman, Ruby Jain, in connection with an alleged racial abuse and criminal intimidation incident involving three tenants from Arunachal Pradesh in Malviya Nagar. The case, involving allegations of derogatory remarks and threats, has also seen the invocation of the SC/ST Act. The co-accused husband expressed shame and apologized, citing a heat-of-the-moment situation.
