World champion D Gukesh criticised Vladimir Kramnik’s cheating allegations, saying cheating has been made a bigger issue than it is. While firmly against unethical play, Gukesh said he does not support Kramnik’s approach and called for harmony in chess. The 19-year-old spoke ahead of the Prague International Chess Festival, where he hopes to regain form.
