‘Should play Kohli’s role’: India batter asked to ‘become a chase master’

Mohammed Kaif advised Tilak Varma to ignore criticism and stick to his natural anchor role in the T20 World Cup 2026. Tilak struggled with form and failed when he tried to play aggressively against South Africa. Kaif said Tilak should play like Virat Kohli and focus on batting deep, since India already has many attacking players. Tilak is expected to play in India’s key match against Zimbabwe.
