Delhi Police has added rioting charges to the FIR against Indian Youth Congress members. The group staged a shirtless protest at the AI Impact Summit last week. Police stated the protesters attempted to breach security and injured personnel. Eight individuals, including IYC chief Uday Bhanu Chib, have been arrested.
