The Karnataka High Court has granted actor Ranveer Singh interim protection from coercive action by Bengaluru police, provided he cooperates with the investigation. This order comes after Singh challenged an FIR registered against him for mimicking a character from the Kannada movie ‘Kantara: Chapter 1’ during a promotional event.
