A 20-year-old woman was allegedly molested and assaulted by her 18-year-old friend, Arnab Shaw, who then forced her out of a moving car on Diamond Harbour Road. Police intercepted and arrested Shaw after a chase. The woman reported being wrongfully confined, physically assaulted, and threatened before being ejected from the vehicle.
