An ambulance responding to a critical patient faced a 15-minute delay near Alliance University after grazing a car. The car driver, allegedly with students, blocked the emergency vehicle, leading to verbal abuse of the driver. Police intervened, registering a case and detaining two individuals. Motorists are legally obligated to yield to emergency vehicles.
