‘Attacked with repeated kicks, punches’: Man kills mother over bitter gourd curry in Maharashtra

A 37-year-old man allegedly fatally assaulted his 65-year-old mother in Chandrapur after an argument over bitter gourd curry. The accused, reportedly under the influence of alcohol and with a history of dependence, was arrested. The mother succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
