A 17-year-old’s father apologized to the mother of a young man killed in a fatal Delhi crash, offering to abide by judicial decisions. The victim’s mother, however, expressed disbelief at the delayed apology, questioning the accused’s family’s focus on bail over remorse. Police are investigating the father for allowing a minor to drive.
