In a landmark ruling, a Karnataka court has sentenced three individuals to death for the heinous gang rape of an Israeli tourist alongside an Indian woman, as well as the murder of a man from Odisha last year. The presiding judge classified the crime as the ‘rarest of rare,’ affirming that the prosecution presented irrefutable evidence of their guilt.
