A primary school teacher, Rizwan Hasan Mondal, confessed to murdering Nasir Ali, a Baduria resident, after abducting him. Ali’s dismembered body parts were recovered from three water bodies. Police suspect an alleged extramarital affair between Mondal and Ali’s wife as the motive. Mondal’s associate has also been arrested.
