India’s Defence Acquisition Council has approved the purchase of SCALP missiles for Rafale jets and more missiles for the S400 aerial shield system. This move enhances India’s defence capabilities. The deal for 114 Rafale jets will see them manufactured outside France, with deliveries starting in 2028.
