A notorious gangster, Vikram Sharma, with over 50 criminal cases, was shot dead by three assailants at Dehradun’s Silver City Mall. Sharma, who had criminal ties in Jharkhand and ran a stone crusher plant, was ambushed outside a gym. Police suspect a gang war fueled by past disputes, with a joint team investigating.
