Shivam Mishra, son of tobacco baron K K Mishra, was arrested in connection with a fatal Lamborghini crash on Kanpur’s VIP Road. The arrest followed the dismissal of his driver’s surrender application, with the court noting Shivam was the accused. The court also directed Shivam to cooperate with the vehicle’s technical examination.
