A 72-year-old occultist, Kamruddin, has been arrested for allegedly poisoning three people with laddoos in Delhi. Cops describe him as a habitual offender with a criminal history in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, including at least two prior murder cases. He preyed on victims by promising mystical solutions and wealth, extorting money before administering poison.
