Google has secured unconditional EU approval for its $32 billion acquisition of cloud security firm Wiz. The European Commission found no competition concerns, noting Google’s smaller market share in cloud infrastructure compared to Amazon and Microsoft. This allows Google to significantly bolster its cybersecurity and cloud computing presence.
