The Supreme Court has rejected the bail plea of former BJP leader Kuldeep Singh Sengar. This relates to the custodial death of the Unnao rape survivor’s father. The court has directed the Delhi High Court to hear and decide the appeal within three months. The survivor expressed relief and satisfaction with the verdict.
