A 37-year-old Indian tech professional, Chandan Kumar Raja Nandakumar, was killed in a daylight shooting in Toronto. The incident occurred at a busy shopping mall parking lot. Police are investigating the shooting as a targeted attack. Chandan’s family in Karnataka is devastated. He had moved to Canada six years ago and worked for LTI Mindtree.
