A newborn girl tragically perished in a fire that erupted in the NICU of Raja Hospital in Kanpur’s Bithoor area. The blaze, reportedly caused by a short circuit, engulfed the infant’s bed. Hospital staff allegedly concealed the incident for hours before the distressed parents were informed, leading to a chaotic scene and police intervention.
