The Supreme Court has directed the Delhi High Court to expedite the hearing of former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s plea for bail and suspension of sentence in the Unnao rape victim’s father’s custodial death case. This comes after the High Court previously denied him bail in the matter, which stems from a 2018 FIR.
