A labourer, Yogesh, has been arrested for allegedly failing to report a biker’s fall into a deep pipeline pit in Janakpuri. The injured biker, Kamal Dhyani, remained trapped for eight hours before authorities were alerted. The sub-contractor, Rajesh Kumar Prajapati, also arrested, reportedly saw Dhyani but left without informing anyone.
