Frustrated over her ‘faulty’ e-rickshaw, woman sets it on fire

A Shivpuri woman, frustrated by a faulty e-rickshaw and lack of after-sales support, set her vehicle ablaze outside the dealership. The labourer couple, who bought the vehicle for income, claimed it malfunctioned within two months and the agency refused repairs. They demand a fix, replacement, or refund. The agency disputes the claims, citing a battery explosion.
