A 15-year-old, allegedly linked to a banned neo-Nazi group, stabbed at least six people, including four Indian students, at a Russian university dormitory. The attacker reportedly shouted Holocaust-related slogans and drew a Nazi symbol with victims’ blood. He also injured two police officers and himself before being apprehended.
