Union home minister Amit Shah reviewed Jammu and Kashmir’s development projects. He also stressed hydropower potential and welfare scheme saturation. Aggressive tourism marketing and sports infrastructure development were highlighted. The region will receive 50-year interest-free loans for capital projects. The government aims for a developed Jammu and Kashmir by 2047.
