Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu alleged that the previous YSRCP government used ghee adulterated with “bathroom-cleaning chemicals” in the preparation of Tirupati laddus. He claimed this practice, which allegedly lasted for nearly five years, undermined the sanctity of the Tirumala temple and also affected the Srisailam temple.
