Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested two individuals, an ambulance driver and his associate, for allegedly writing pro-Khalistan slogans in the capital ahead of Republic Day. The duo reportedly acted on instructions from Canada, with a close associate of SFJ founder Gurpatwant Singh Pannun allegedly hiring them for ₹2 lakh.
