A bench of CJI Surya Kant and Justices Joymalya Bagchi and Vipul M Pancholi said voters’ names should not be struck off the electoral rolls because of errors creeping into spelling of names during translation from Bengali to English or vice-versa. “We will ensure that it is rectified,” the bench said.
