Ankita Khante, an IITian, traded her corporate career for a passion for cooking. She started selling Pani Puri from home in London, which led to her popular supper club, The Bouzi Club. The club offers regional Indian dishes and fosters connection through shared food memories. Ankita is now hosting a supper club in Nagpur.
