An 18-year-old was arrested for allegedly kidnapping and attempting to rape a 14-year-old girl in a Kandhamal forest. The duo abducted the minor from a village pond, tore her clothes, and tried to assault her, but she resisted. The victim reported the incident to her parents, leading to the arrest of one accused.
