Delhi High Court has ordered actor Rajpal Yadav to surrender by February 4 after he failed to pay Rs 9 crore in cheque bounce cases. Despite repeated assurances and admitting liability, Yadav has not complied with court directives. The court criticized his repeated breaches of undertakings, leading to the surrender order to serve his sentence.
