IRS officer Sameer Wankhede has been permitted by the Delhi High Court to pursue his defamation case against the makers of ‘The Ba***ds Of Bollywood’ in Mumbai. The court found it lacked territorial jurisdiction, allowing Wankhede to refile his suit in Mumbai. The show is accused of defaming Wankhede through a character based on the Aryan Khan drugs case.
