Delhi school fee law deferred: Why the new rules won’t apply in 2025–26

Delhi’s new school fee regulation law has not been struck down, but it has been rescheduled. After the Supreme Court flagged the haste of enforcing a committee-driven regime mid-academic year, the Delhi government told the court it would not implement the law in 2025–26.
