Former ICC official Sami-ul-Hasan Burney criticised the BCCI’s public handling of Mustafizur Rahman’s IPL exit, suggesting it triggered Bangladesh’s withdrawal and Pakistan’s forfeited match. Burney also highlighted PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi’s view of the ICC’s stance on match venue changes as “shifting of goalposts.”
