The ICC has raised serious concerns over Pakistan’s decision to boycott its February 15 T20 World Cup 2026 match against India, saying selective participation goes against the spirit of global tournaments. While awaiting official word from the PCB, the ICC stressed that fairness, integrity and equal competition are core to its events. It warned of long-term consequences, urged a resolution, and said the boycott could harm the global game and fans, including those in Pakistan.
