In a 2021 murder case, a Mumbai sessions court is hearing the trial of Shree Jogdhankar and Diya Padalkar for the death of 19-year-old Jhanvi Kukreja. Kukreja was found dead with 48 injuries after a New Year’s Eve party. The prosecution presented circumstantial evidence, including CCTV footage and forensic reports, to establish the chain of events.
