A small passenger plane carrying 15 people crashed in Colombia’s Norte de Santander province on Wednesday, resulting in no survivors. The aircraft, operated by state-owned Satena, lost contact with air traffic control shortly after departing from Cúcuta. Local officials discovered the crash site in the village of Curasica.
