BIAL mulls app-based access for private taxis at Bengaluru airport T1 pickup zones

Airport taxi operators, previously moved to a distant parking lot, may soon access the pick-up zone near Terminal 1. Bengaluru International Airport Limited is trialing a system with KSTDC’s app, requiring driver registration and passenger details for access. This move aims to resolve passenger and driver complaints following recent traffic changes.
