India and the European Union have finalised a landmark free trade agreement after 20 years of talks. This deal will significantly boost Indian exports to the EU, especially in textiles, gems, and seafood. While some sectors like apparel and jewellery will see immediate benefits with zero-duty access, Indian car and liquor companies may face increased competition.
