An HR manager was brutally murdered and dismembered by her lover in Agra. The accused, Vinay Singh, allegedly killed the victim, Minky Sharma, after a dispute over her contact with another man. He confessed to the crime and has been arrested, with efforts underway to recover the victim’s head.
