The Met department has warned that weather conditions in Himachal Pradesh may worsen from Monday due to a fresh western disturbance, with heavy snowfall likely in higher reaches. Alerts have been issued as snowfall has already disrupted daily life, shutting over 800 roads and affecting power supply across several districts. Cold wave conditions continue in many parts of the state.
