‘Locals pulled me out of vehicle’: How seat belt saved Kerala collector’s life during car crash

Pathanamthitta District Collector Prem Krishnan S narrowly avoided serious harm when his official car overturned after a collision with a speeding private vehicle on the wrong side of the road. The Collector, his security officer, and driver sustained minor injuries, attributing their safety to wearing seat belts.
