Renowned music composer and singer Abhijit Majumdar passed away at 54 after a prolonged illness at AIIMS Bhubaneswar. He was admitted in September last year with a neurological disorder and multiple comorbid conditions. Despite initial recovery and plans for discharge, he succumbed to refractory septic shock and cardiac arrest on Sunday.
