Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt and his daughter Krishna Bhatt are facing a new fraud case in Mumbai, accused of cheating a Pune-based investor out of Rs 13.5 crore. The investor claims they were promised high returns on film projects but never received their principal or profits. The investigation has been transferred to the Economic Offences Wing.
