A Bijnor dog, celebrated by locals for its almost spiritual ritual of circling a Hanuman statue, has found refuge after intervention from animal rights activists. The dog’s unusual behavior was traced back to a neurological condition caused by a tick-borne disease. Thankfully, Bhairav, the canine in question, has since received urgent veterinary care and is on a path to recovery.
