A non-bailable warrant has been issued for Lotus Greens founder Nirmal Singh in connection with the drowning death of engineer Yuvraj Mehta. Singh is absconding, with police warning of property attachment if he doesn’t surrender. He faces charges under environmental acts and BNS sections for negligence and public nuisance.
