Bangladesh Cricket Board has again written to the ICC seeking arbitration through its independent dispute resolution committee after the world body refused to shift their T20 World Cup matches from India. Citing security concerns, the BCB has maintained it will not travel unless matches are moved to Sri Lanka. The standoff, however, was triggered by Mustafizur Rahman’s removal from the IPL over security issues.
