The Supreme Court refused to stop the ED from accessing information from an I-PAC functionary’s seized mobile phone, despite pleas of privacy violation. The court stated it knows how to protect innocent citizens. This comes as ED faced interruptions in Kolkata during a search, unlike in Delhi.
