A Delhi court has acquitted former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in two cases filed by the Enforcement Directorate. These cases stemmed from his failure to appear before the agency in connection with the Delhi excise policy probe. The ED had sought action against Kejriwal for not complying with multiple summons issued under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
